Past Ozone Workshop
The Mid-Atlantic States Section (MASS) of the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) held a workshop "Ozone: Challenges, Trends, Strategies, and New Developments" on October 12th at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Outstanding speakers representing different stakeholders from the geographic span of the Mid-Atlantic States Section explored upcoming ozone rule changes and related environmental challenges in the current administration. The workshop was in the format of presentations and panels. A hot lunch was served as part of the event.
Following the presentations and discussions of the workshop, the MASS A&WMA also offered an opportunity for our APERG (Air Pollution Educational and Research Grant) awardees to present their work.
We were delighted to welcome both members of A&WMA and non-members from many different disciplines to attend this highly valuable professional event!
