Via Garden State Parkway
1) Take Exit 135 and enter the traffic circle. Go ½ way around circle to “Rahway-Brant Avenue”.
2) Go to traffic light and make a left onto “Westfield Avenue”
3) Go straight for 3 traffic lights and cross over “St. Georges Avenue” (“Westfield Avenue” turns into “grand Avenue”)
4) Continue straight to the blinking light and make a right onto “Lawrence Street”
5) At third traffic light make a right turn onto Routes 1 & 9 South
6) Go over the overpass to the “Inman Avenue” U-turn (Loop Motel will be on your right)
7) Go North on Route 1 & 9 over the overpass and though the traffic light at “Lawrence Street” – there is a gas station on your right.
8) Entrance to the facility is the 2nd driveway on the right (you will see a sign Union County Resource Recovery Facility)
9) Follow driveway all the way up to the building. Parking is to the left of the building
Via New Jersey Turnpike
1) Take Exit 12 (Rahway/Carteret) and keep right coming off the ramp. Turn on to Roosevelt Avenue and continue all the way down (approx 3 miles). Roosevelt Avenue will turn into Randolph Avenue
2) Follow Randolph Avenue until you come to a “T” in the road (Woodbridge Road). The Department of Motor Vehicles will be in front of you and there will be a Quick Check on your right.
3) Make a right onto Woodbridge Road and go though the first traffic light. Woodbridge Road turns into Lawrence Street.
4) Go straight under the bridge
5) At light (this will be Route 1 & 9) make a right and stay in the right hand lane
6) Entrance to the facility is the 2nd driveway on the right (you will see a sign Union County Resource Recovery Facility)
7) Follow driveway all the way up to the building. Parking is to the left of the building
